Reimagining historic Back Bay living, this project masterfully converts a three-unit Marlborough Street townhouse back into a refined single-family residence. The interior layout was completely streamlined to optimize spatial flow, establishing a clean, light-filled environment tailored for modern family functionality. Completed in 2014.
