Charlestown Loft
This complete Charlestown renovation opens up a traditional floor plan to maximize both space and sightlines. The design integrates an underutilized attic to create a versatile guest suite and den, while the kitchen was repositioned to span the full length of the home. At the core, a new central viewing angle captures panoramic vistas of the Boston skyline and Bunker Hill Monument, beautifully offset by a high-contrast palette of reclaimed black-stained floors and minimalist white walls.
