In Progress… North End Residence 2

Located in a historic district in the North End, the clients sought out to make this multi-unit building into a single family residence. At a glance this project is inconspicuously going under a major rehab. All floor plates within the structure had to be replaced to achieve even ceiling heights amongst the various levels.  The goal is to highlight architecture of the past with contemporary amenities to include: new master suite, in-law suite, kids study, open kitchen/living space, and elevator .
