South End High-rise Unit
A smart, space-optimizing renovation that transforms a Boston studio into a bright, two-bedroom family condo. To combat the challenges of a deep footprint, the design utilizes interior glass partitions and doors to usher daylight into the furthest corners of the home. Anchored by warm wood floors and a light, reflective color palette, the space balances openness with privacy through concealed, adaptable shading. Completed in 2018.
