Located in the heart of downtown Natick, Massachusetts, this historic brick building will host four new restaurant/ retail spaces at street level that include outdoor patio space. As well as, eleven new residential units that are located on the upper levels. This Tax Credit Historic rehab and addition will propose new construction to the back of the existing building along with underground parking space and common roof deck for tenants. This design will capture the essence of the small town that values its history and welcomes all people to experience that beautiful downtown area. Lim Design Studio is working hard to create a new and fresh look for the building while honoring its historic style.
