Westborough Mixed-use
An impactful adaptive reuse project that restores a 19th-century downtown brick building. By maintaining the structure’s authentic historic details and completely reorganizing its interior volume, the renovation introduces premium commercial spaces and rental housing that actively contribute to the economic and cultural revitalization of the district. Completed in 2013.
