Located in the heart of downtown Natick, this historic brick building hosts four new restaurant / retail spaces at street level that include outdoor patio space and 11 new residential units that are located on the upper Floors. This Historic rehab and addition to the back of the existing building includes a new underground parking garage and common roof deck for tenants. Completed in 2018.
